Monday Night Supper

Beef and barley soup with oxtails. It has been simmering on the stove all day, and smelled so good. Also, a loaf of homemade bread and homemade apple turnovers for dessert. We have four apple trees, two Jonathan and two Macintosh, and they are great for turnovers.
