Laying down the Black stuff

Roading Contractors were in our street today reinstating the Chip seal on the road where the new water mains have been laid. First they had some Carnival time where they look over the job and think about what they are going to do and talk photography with the supervisor who is a keen photographer too. Then they sprayed bitumen on the road and laid chip and next they did a second coat rolled it and moved on. Next week it will all get ripped up again when the footpath and road get reconstructed
