Congress Hall

After a week and a half over mainly medieval history today came a lot more recent with a visit to the Documentation Centre on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The blip is of the incomplete Congress Hall which if completed would have been nearly twice as tall and would sit 50,000 people. Of all of the mad plans only the Zeppelin Field was completed and was used for rallies with 200,000 people attending. Parts of it are now used to host local sporting events even including a round of the DTM.
