Kale

I'm not a fan of kale. We get it in our veg box a lot and I never know what to do with it. When my mum was in cancer treatment, I used to make her masses of soup with it and tell her she needed to eat it to get better (she wasn't a fan either!), mainly to get rid of it. I think she still has some in her freezer and she's been out of treatment years! I've just posted this on Facebook though and a friend suggested dehydrating it slowly in the over to make crisps or coating it with whizzed up chillies and cashews! So maybe I need to get more imaginative.
