The Coo and Camera

After the Met Office forecast typhoons, roaming ocelots and plagues of boils, it was refreshing to note they couldn’t have been more wrong.  It was not long ago that in Orkney anyone could phone the reliable Mr P and he would provide a forecast from Kirkwall Airport.  However accuracy has plummeted since the forecast now comes from Aberdeen.  Why not Plymouth, or Toulouse whilst they’re at it?

 So we walked up to the village for an update of the news courtesy of O and P.  Returned home to paint, cut grass etc, and seal a window.  A lovely warm day; midges at sundown though.
