What will they open?

Into our local town today for my monthly hair cut. Walking along the high street I noticed these hands in an upstairs window above an estate agents.

There are so many stories that could interpret the keys, keys for your first home, keys for the home you don't want to sell, a mansion, a flat, that little Pied a Terre you don't want anyone to know about - who is handing over the keys - who is receiving them? What do you think? Or is it just a two hands and some keys?
