Crackling

There's a market in St Enoch Square. A continental market no less. With a few stalls with Chinese and Welsh food too.

Sadly I'd already bought a soggy sandwich by the time I discovered this, the hog roast would have been my choice.

I love the line 'from the farm to the bun' on the side of the side of the roast. And yes, that is a whole hog in there!
