I know, I know, I said that I was giving the riperian environment a miss but this opportunity presented itself on our walk this afternoon. Getting out like this is a life saver for Susan at the moment owing to looking after her mum almost full time.

The District Nurse came this morning which gave me the opportunity to slip out to the pool for a swim but otherwise it was a pretty quiet day with very little to report.
