#4 When Harry met Caroline

Caroline is less than impressed with the new kid on the block, and is mostly staying outside sulking.    Meanwhile the new kid continues to learn how to manipulate me.  He is very talented.   Elizabeth and Charlie have decided to just ignore him.  Life goes on.
