In my great-grandfather's footsteps

One hundred and twenty years ago my great-grandfather - a Royal Navy intelligence officer - set sail on the long voyage to Hong Kong. He was to be based there, and in Shanghai, for the next twenty years. I'm taking the quick route and should be there tomorrow. No blips for a while.
