Hilly Fields

Todays conservation task was to improve access to part of the Tunbridge Wells Circular Path.  I had walked a section of this path just a few days ago and was able to relay details of the spread of Himalayan balsam along the route (One site is here) I had found the path impassable at the site of this "before photo" which turned out to be the very place we cleared today - with loppers, scythes and wearing thick leather gloves. Not the implements one carries on a walk.   The  extra = "after photo" at lunch time when, being a bit of a wimp, I went home because it had rained all morning and I was worrying about my new cats (excuse for wimping out)
