Bolam Lake

A gorgeous autumn day which coincided with a day off work!  I contemplated getting up for a sunrise shot as sunrise is venturing into a more civilised time now that September is well upon us.  However the alarm went off and I turned over and back to sleep.

After a morning of chores I met a friend for lunch and we were able to sit in the sun for lunch all be it sheltered from the chilly breeze.  After our lunch I popped to Bolam lake to find a blip and hoped that the autumn colours may have been more evident but everything is still looking remarkably green.  

Tomorrow we are heading to Scotland again and staying with my parents as we have tickets for Friday's Davis cup matches in Glasgow!
