Autumn in the woods

I woke up with a banging headache, so I took some Paracetamol and went back to bed. After half an hour, I felt better and went to work.

I was doing a lecture for the staff in a different organisation today. I am used to teaching, but mainly dog training - not work related stuff, so I was a bit out of my comfort zone, but it turned out to be a great group and I enjoyed it.

We found a great new walk today - we will absolutely go back there again! About an hour in the woods. Perfect for an 'after-work-walk'.

The boys actually had 3 walks today! 2 big ones and 1 shorter morning walk. They are spoilt :-D
