Cookery club

H's after school cookery club is back on, Dutch Apple Cake tonight, still warm in the tray and smelling of cinnamon, lovely. She's also had cookery in her Design and Technology class and cooked bolognese sauce which was also very tasty.
Just behind are my Aronia Oatmeal Cookies. They're made with Scottish Aronia Berries grown in Perthshire. Best for cooking due to their unique tart flavour, they weren't kidding!
