Into the Valley of Darkness.

A simple, stupid mistake (forgetting my head torch), cost me a long, hilly cyclocross session tonight. I had to make do with a measly 17 miles without any significant climb. It gave the Land Cruisers a good run out on the hard stuff, however, and they performed well, but I'll need to get a final long hilly session in next week, otherwise I'll be puffing out of my backside in Yorkshire even more than I expect to be.
