First time this week I have driven home minus rain! I haven't stopped today at work and am shattered, not loving the fact it is only Wednesday...

The boy wanted pizza for dinner so we made some pizza dough and he had yummy pepperoni and sweetcorn topping. I made a mor grown up version for us with garlic mushrooms, ham, onions, sweetcorn, tomatoes and mozzarella. I love making them as you can do a light thin base.
