A Green Squirrel

Today we visited Rufford Old Hall - Nr. Ormskirk.  A beautiful day, lovely and warm and a cloudless (mainly) blue sky.
The Hall - see extras - was built in about 1530 for Sir Robert Hesketh and was donated to the National Trust in 1936.
They have some rather nice gardens and seem to be quite good at topiary.
This is one of two Topiary Squirrels in the garden - Polly dog was not impressed :-)
P.S. Don't tell Legacy - she'll want one :-)
