Meerkat

This morning we went to the Houston Zoo, but we didn't last very long! The heat and humidity were really oppressive, & I felt like climbing the fence & standing under the waterfall in the elephant enclosure!  Even most of the animals were sleeping rather than moving about in the heat! We left after about 2 hours & were never so happy to come back to air conditioning!!  This meerkat was sitting so cutely & was looking right at me, so this is my blip for the day! :)
