Grand Canyon North Rim

After the rain of yesterday, we were forecast thunderstorms with a 50% chance of rain. Thankfully the rain was a no show, and all we had was broken cloud.

We set out in a couple of Suburban (4x4 MPV) for the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The journey was as bumpy as expected, but worth it for the views afforded. The drop, which is vertical, needs to be seen to be believed. At times, we were standing right on the edge, and with strong gusty winds, it was quite terrifying at times.
