FOOT GOLF....

... they say you learn something new everyday!!!

Well today was another "learning curve" in how to have fun while spreading the word on Prostate Cancer in men's health.

The local division from the NSW Department of Health organised this fun day at Colonial Golf Club Werrington, a local Golf course, playing Foot Golf as part of Men's Health Week this year.

This fun extension of Golf is fast becoming a World activity of some note - check this link and watch the video.

Our local Prostate Cancer Support Group were asked to be involved as part of our Groups continued wish to increase awareness for this Men's Health need.

What a super day. It was the first of many future gatherings I would think from the comments by the Health Department team there.

Amazing how our health awareness is promoted these days.
