I escaped outside for 20mins...

...but they are still keeping me in overnight again. The fresh air did me good so did the chicken & spinach curry complete with naan that Caroline brought in for me..I have lovely friends, I've been kept topped up with fresh coffee homemade cakes, sandwiches and even Bailey's chocolates!
Do you think I can convince them to continue when I get home?
