I've booked a mobility scooter for the weekend as we are planning to go to Brooklands museum. While we were walking the dogs along the Cuckoo Trail I said how easy it would be to use a scooter to walk them as it's tarmacked and perhaps Martin could use his folding bicycle as they would both fit in the car. I asked him how fast he cycled and would our speed be compatible. Just then we were overtaken by the most polite cyclist who shouted coming through at 6 miles an hour . Question answered. Then we passed a man cycling closely followed by his wife on a disability scooter. It's a sign!!!
