The garden book

Woke up to hard rain and it lasted till noon. I headed out for a ride and ended up at the Rockledge gardens. Found this book tucked among the flowers.It says: A drop of rain for sorrow,
 a ray of sunshine for birth,
We are closer to God in a garden
than any other place on earth
