A Different Route

 The weather was a bit cooler this morning, so I didn't feel the need to stay quite as close to the water----all that to say that I walked the other direction on the hike and bike trail which puts me a little more removed from the creek. I believe that this is called a Partridge Pea flower and I liked it's sassy maroon stamens.....
