Cooper's Hawk?

I'm not sure, but I think this may be some type of young hawk. I couldn't really identify it on my "go to" bird ID website. He sat very nicely on the wire while I got the mail out of the mailbox.

I'm putting two photos in the extras - I saw a bunch of turkeys in the road on the way to work this morning - they seemed to be a bit disoriented, standing still, some going one direction, some going another direction. Then they decided to fly across the road. So one extra shot is them dilly dallying in the road, and the other is a few of them flying. It's not a sharp image, but I've never caught them flying with the camera before.
