B&W Trials

I admire many of the B&W shots posted by members and frequently try to emulate them - but feel my "Eye for Light" and/or post processing skills are somewhat lacking. 

This shot was inspired by an article in a photo mag: it's a "rusty" garden ornament and I have tried to apply some of the techniques suggested.
