Cardoon

This is my entry for the Flower Friday challenge, thank you once again to Biker Bear for hosting.

Today started out beautifully and left me wishing I'd got up earlier and caught the sunrise, but since then it's all been downhill so to speak and the day has just got greyer and greyer.  The garden too isn't too bright either at the moment, and many things are dying back, although we do still have one or two of these  -   I hope you like them as much as I do.
