Good company

Sammy has been such a wonderful big brother over the last few days, soothing Luce, making her giggle, getting her things, covering her in blankets and just being the least demanding 3 year old around, giving me space to tend to Luce. He is amazing!
Luce has taken to lying on the floor, I think it gives her room to writhe as the pain comes and goes, in this pic Sammy brought her a cushion for her head and a blanket and then lay next to her (and lay me down too) for a bit of peppa pig.
Back to the docs today. Making a bit of progress with laxatives. Hope it helps her pain levels and gives her time to heal.
Lorna and Grace came and helped us today, looking after Luce when I got Sammy from preschool and just being there through the screaming! Much appreciated and very good company.
