This is a building very near my home. It's no longer a shoemaker's but it is in use, as... (I can't remember... something councily I think... I need to check!)
Every time I walk past it, I stare at it. I love buildings which have their history printed or embossed on them.
Today was the first time that I really wondered what I would blip. I have a rubbish memory so even though I love this building, when I asked myself what I could photograph, it never came to mind until I walked right up to it.
One of my aims when I started this journal was to become more observant of the beautiful things around me that I may not have noticed without having to post a photo every day. It's working :)
(I also did my first kneel on the ground in public (with dog attached to me, behaving impeccably) to get a photo of something else I find pretty.) (It didn't come out as well as I'd hoped so I need to do it again.)
