Tiles off

Had to remove two tiles following the removal of an alarm panel. Not a lot of space around the boiler so it took a while but they eventually came off with no damage to the other tiles.
 
Completed on the house today - normally takes between 8-12 weeks from the offer to completion - for us it was 17 weeks.
