Sunny in Yorkshire (again)

Living on the dark and wet (west) side of the Pennines we joke that its always sunny in Yorkshire. 

In fact its true more often than not.

A short and rather unplanned walk at Langsett turned out very well - Crossbills heard but frustratingly just too high in the trees to catch a glimpse.  Many other small birds in the same area including Goldcrests.

We must remember to go again next time its dark and drizzly - it isn't far.
