It's been a long one!

It's been a busy week with a manic day in the office today. The phone started at 8:30 am and didn't stop all day. The only respite came at lunchtime when I nipped out for a haircut that I didn't really need.

Wouldn't life be boring if everything ran smoothly and according to plan?

7 Km on the treadmill tonight.

It's 10 pm on a Friday night and I am ready for bed.
