The Heart of Paisley

This tree, outside the Council HQ in Paisley, made me stop in my tracks today.

It is a memorial that states - simply on the plaque below it - that it is to remember all those who have died by suicide. That's it. So powerful.

The many hearts tied to the tree tell their own story - individually and as a whole. Each of them grieved for and remembered with symbols of love.
