Hollyhock Faffery

I have been doing my impersonation of a domestic goddess today.......stewing masses of apples from the tree, to keep until I decide what to do with them........crumble, pie, turnovers, muffins or Danish pastries.......hmmmm, I just can't decide ;-) However, I don't think Nigella needs to worry yet as I'll probably end up doing none of the above and just dollop it in porridge......just as tasty but not nearly so fattening !!! ;-))
