C'an Picafort Market Day

After breakfast, we left the hotel to go for a wander in the local market.  It starts right outside the hotel, and extends to nearly the resort centre. 

We only bought some delicious fruit and bread, so we could make a picnic lunch, however there were many stalls selling leather goods, candles, toys etc.  One whole stall was devoted to these little toy dogs, which barked and walked in circles.

I bought a Flamenco outfit for my granddaughter, Ida, and got a discount from the stall holder as it was the end of season.  I found out later in the day, that the price was still twice what I would have paid in any of the local shops!
