Winterbor...

Redbor, Siberian, Lacinato, Scotch Vates. These can all be found in my fall kale garden. Winterbor happens to be my favorite, mild and delish and so easy to grow. Most last all winter but if it is in the teens for several weeks at a time it goes dormant until spring then buds out beautifully again.
Today was our 28th wedding anniversary, we took the evening off and did some shopping and had dinner out.
