Seagulls three- blip, blip, blip

I was lucky to get this as blipmate and I were out on our usual Saturday jaunt and it started to rain as we got to the wharf area. We got out of the car with plastic bags over cameras and rainhoods over heads. Lizellen pointed out a grape hyacinth in the grass and I took that with fishing platform in the background. Too many rain smears.
Then I looked up and here were three mates waiting out the weather.
Wiped the lens, took the photo jumped back in the car and had my blip.
Blipmate said she had nothing so waiting to see.
It has been wet on and off all day and my plan was to spend it catching up on my genealogy DNA project but four long phone calls from family, and a visit from cousins who we hadn't seen for ages and the day was done.
