Raintower

There's a lot of rain in those clouds. Duluth is flooded in places, all the rivers and lakes are high, and the ground is saturated. Seven counties are under a state of emergency due to flooding. But the 90 degree plus weather has broken, and the humidity is dropping at last, and we may be in for some beautiful warm dry and less humid weather.
