A nice day after the last couple days Keith out at his running club then off doing a job for a friend so I did not see him till after 12 we had a bit of dinner and a walk down the French market which is on the next two days

Then off down the seafront for our usual cup of tea now we are all chilling before we go for our usual Saturday fish and chips on Hastings sea front
