Harry was off to a training day, so I got on with washing and ironing and peeling the copious amounts of apples that have fallen off the trees. Alfie was my glamorous assistant.
Later I went to a reunion of the Mother and Toddler group, Sparklers, that I went to with my two; it has been running for 25 years, there was lots of cake and chatter.
Then on to parents with some shopping. We had tea, then I washed and cut Mum's hair whilst Dad had his walk out with his "pusher". back home to make a risotto for dinner.
