A Dog is a Man's Best Friend

This is a wine bottle cover from a Patons pattern dated 1965.  How kitsch!  I was asked to make it plus another one in black to replace a pair that went missing.  I've thoroughly enjoyed putting all of the components together.  It even has a pom pom tail!  Will be posting when I have the other one finished.  I was covered in little bitzy bits from trimming off the pom poms.  I made 10 in all!
