Election promises

There is a federal election in process in Canada, and this candidate seized on the opportunity to hold these twins.  He promised that if their parents voted for him they would be granted diaper changes 8 times a day, milk rations every 4 hours, free day care, iPads when they entered kindergarten, free university tuition, job security, a balanced budget by 2020, the abolition of global warming, freedom from fear & terrorism, and eventually a generous pension.  They seemed nonchalant about all that.
