You Yangs

Mr B and I were up and about early this morning so decided to beat the heat of the day with a lovely walk at the You Yangs. Neither of us had ever been there, so it was great to try somewhere new.

Cousteau had to be on lead, but with a bit of Aussie ingenuity, Mr B fashioned him a long lead from a piece of rope. It gave him the space he needed to roam a little more freely.

Mr B and I did a bit of bird spotting and saw these two lovelies.

We were home by 2 pm and sitting in the sunshine on our deck, sipping cider and talking about our upcoming trip to the UK.

We're all tired out now and ready to get to bed early.

I became an auntie again today when my baby bro had his own little boy. Congratulations guys.
