Buckfast Abbey

On the final day of our anniversary weekend we visited the historic Buckfast Abbey. It is so serene and peaceful there and the interior and grounds are simply stunning. The gardens are maintained by the nuns and Benedictine monks who reside there and the rose, sensory and physic gardens there are brimming over with colours and scents galore.
