The courtyard

Not the early start intended, mostly due to the fact that Louie the dog woke us during the night as he needed to go outside! A bit of a lie in, then a non-stop day...

After a short walk on the Common with MrM and Louie, finally finished preparing the courtyard wall for painting, and actually applied the first coat of paint to the two walls. Meanwhile MrM was making shelves for the kitchen, and after I'd finished painting, helped him to stain them a nice bright shade of blue. Just about time for our evening meal, some domestic stuff and blipping (of course) - and 10 minutes in front of the TV before bed!

Today's painting was the start of the transformation - watch this space!
