What next for pudding

Today's pudding was apple and rhubarb crumble and very good it was too. I did notice, when out today, that the blackberries seem to be heading for a very good crop and is the subject of today's blip. I have no doubt that blackberry and apple pie or crumble may well be on the menu soon. Also, last year wife made some very, very good hedgerow jelly in which both the blackberries and today's extra, rose hips, will be essential ingredients.
