MonoMonday.. Grunge

I have never done a Mono Monday before so when I saw this building while I was out and about, I thought.. yes that sure is grunge to me. It is a earthquake damaged building that has had a fire in it was well.

I had my eye scan today and now I am being referred to a eye specialist. The eye itself is very healthy and no signs of cataracts or glaucoma. He said they couldn't be any more healthier .. it what's happening at the back of the eye which is the worry.

After that I went to my hydrotherapy class and it was good to be back in the pool again. There were not many people today which is good as you have more room!

When I went to get in my car afterwards someone had parked so close I just couldn't get in .. I did try twice and now my back is hurting. I sat down and waited a while and thought if they are at the Hydrotherapy class I would be waiting over a hour. I went into reception and asked if there was a skinny person who could back my car out for me. The ladies looked at each other and said .. "we don't fit the bill", then a really skinny man walked into the office and they said he's the man you need!

The man just managed to get in and he kindly back it out for me.. he said what a lovely car to drive and asked me what make it was. As he was leaving he said.. "now I can tell everyone I drove a Citroen today". I was very grateful indeed. That would have given the office something to talk about!

Behold-
darkness rises again.
I am still awake,
so it clouds my mind..
body..
soul.
It emerges all around me
carrying every single
last one of my
greatest fears-
and worst memories.
They are so black,
bleak..
grimy..
grungy.
Impressions
haunting me,
whispering in a rasp,
begging to be cleansed.
No chance.
Time to wait
for the sun
to rise again.
