Owl

Seen from my garden at dusk...

This owl has been hunting in the field behind the house for the last week or so. This blip is more of a testament to my aspirations for a future blip than wanting to show off this as a gorgeous wildlife photo! It's just exciting that I seem to have an owl visitor and that I managed to get a blurry, yet recognisable shot at all!

This was taken handheld with a 300mm lens at full zoom when there was very little light - any tips for improved results next time would be gratefully received ;-)
