Buying our first house

At the lawyer's office.

The stack of paperwork at my elbow needed signing, and then we became the happy owners!

The house is small and cute and well built. It will require a lot of love to change it from outdated and somewhat awkward at places to contemporary, clean, and fabulously quirky.

We are replacing all the single pane original crap windows for starters...
