Had our last full day in Italy today. Orvieto was disappointing as the well and caves were closed, but the evening cooking classes were very fun! We learnt to make courgette and aubergine healthy pizzas, gnocchi, pork in cream sauce, and lemon tiramisu. Linda was a great teacher and it was lovely to meet her.
